Who are we? We are what we say we are, a voice for the many who wish to protect the treasured lands of Western North Carolina. We are not against development, though we are very much against the destruction of Nature's gift to all of us. This means no building of anything on slopes angled at greater than 25 degrees. This means greater attention by everyone to water resources needed for all the new homes, the added people and for all the rest of us too. This means restrictions against injuring the environment by mindless building for pure profit, permanently disfiguring our mountains.
